Special Town Meeting/Public Hearing

A Special Town Meeting/Public Hearing will be held on September 13 at 630PM in the Town Hall.  The purpose of this meeting will be to hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the TIF program followed by a Special Town Meeting to vote on the proposal.  The TIF amendments cover three basic areas;  allow the Select Board to approve credit enhancement agreements, correct maps, and add additional uses of TIF revenues as allowed by statute.  

Attached are the entirety of both TIF amendments and the Warrant Articles and Supporting Documenation for the Special Town Meeting.  Three CLUC Amendments will be voted on at this Special Town Meeting.
