On Saturday, April 6, 2019 the Townspeople of Poland voted to opt in to allow the following marijuana operations in Poland:
Medical Marijuana Manufacturing Facilities
Medical Marijuana Testing Facilities
Medical Marijuana Registered Caregiver Retail Stores
Adult Use Marijuana Cultivation Facilities
Adult Use Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facilities
Adult Use Marijuana Testing Facilities
Adult Use Marijuana Stores
During the "opt in" the Townspeople also voted for amendments to the Comprehensive Land Use Code to authorize and regulate these activities. You can review the Comprehensive Land Use Codes relating to Marijuana at the following links:

Licensing Procedures
The Town of Poland licensing procedures have been finalized. You will need a license for any type of marijuana establishment in the Town of Poland except Medical Marijuana Caregiver Cultivation. Please see the following links for licensing procedures and application forms.

Marijuana Lottery License Information and Applications
The Town of Poland will hold their next licensing lottery on August 18, 2022 at 1 PM at the Town Office Conference Room. As a reminder, all license lottery applications must be accompanied by a conditional license issued by the State and fees payable by cash, money order, or bank check. Completed applications for the lottery are due by 4 PM on Monday, August 15, 2022, no exceptions. If you would like your application reviewed for completeness it must be submitted by Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 4 PM, we will notify you if it is incomplete.
