RSU 16 Bond Referendum Election

RSU 16 will be holding a referendum election on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 8 AM - 8 PM upstairs at the Town Hall. This election is for the approval of a $5.1M bond for new heating/cooling systems at Minot Consolidated School, Poland Community School, and Elm Street School. This total does not include estimated interest of approximately $2.8M over 20 years. Poland taxpayers are responsible for repaying approximately 67% of this debt or $5.29M.
Absentee ballots are now available for this election, please come in person to request one or give a call to the clerks out front at 998-4601. Only the voter themselves can request one over the phone.
