Public Hearing for CDBG Housing Grant July 20th @ 7PM in the Town Office Conference Room

The Town of Poland will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday July 20, at 7:00 PM to accept a grant award from the State of Maine CDBG program for a Housing Assistance Grant. The purpose of the grant is to support architectural and engineering costs associated with an approved development of 24 units of elderly, affordable apartments. Public comments will be solicited at this Hearing. All persons wishing to make comments or ask questions about the grant award are invited to attend this Public Hearing.
