This award is an annual award that is given out to one individual community member who meets the following criteria:

• Served the community in many capacities
• Freely given of his/her time and talents to make Poland a better community
• A high level of personal commitment to the community
• Demonstrated a higher level of service to the community than other publicly spirited individual
