This Committee is tasked with conducting a current and future needs study of the facility. We will begin with a 4-Stage process to select the most qualified consultants available to work with us on the study.
The first Meeting (Organizational Meeting) will be August 30th at 5:00 PM at the Poland Fire Rescue Training Room.
OVERVIEW OF COMMITTEE AND WORK

Meet 1-2 Times per Month for 1.5 – 2 Hours Each Meeting. We propose that most meetings will be on Mondays at 5 PM at the Poland Fire Rescue Station.
This will be about an 11 - 12 Month Study Schedule (November 2010 – November, 2011), plus a 3-Month Public Outreach Process.
