2012 Lost Valley Ski/Snowboard Program   
IMPORTANT (Please read carefully)
The Poland Recreation Department is offering Poland Residents discounted skiing and snowboarding lessons, rentals and lift tickets for 2012. ~Below are more details on these offerings.
Ages: ~Lost Valley requires each Poland participant to be at least 7 years of age/ at least 48" tall as of December 1st, 2012.
When: ~All classes will be held 6 consecutive Tuesday evenings 6:00 pm.
The first class begins Tuesday, January 3th, 2012
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, December 9, 2011
Ski Packages:
Ski Lessons Only (6- 1 hour lessons) $75.00
Ski Lessons and 1 hour lift ticket $110.00
Ski Lessons and rentals $140.00
Ski Lessons, 1 hour lift ticket, and rental package $190.00
Snowboard Packages:
Snowboard Lessons (6-1 hour lessons) $75.00
Lessons and 1 hour lift ticket $110.00
Lessons and rentals $140.00
Lessons, 1 hour lift ticket, and rental package $190.00
Lift Ticket Packages: (to be used during program dates, Tuesdays only)
1 hour lift ticket (Adult/ Child) $35.00
2 hour lift ticket (Adult/ child) $60.00
1 hour lift ticket & rentals $100.00
2 hour lift ticket & rentals $140.00
Rentals: ~Lost Valley will do rental equipment fittings for our region will be at Lost Valley Ski shop on: Saturday, December 10, 2011 @ 10:00 am.
Additional hours of skiing: ~Please note that there will be no instructors present during the additional hours of skiing. ~The registrants purchasing the additional hours of skiing/snowboarding must be able to use the ski lifts, and negotiate top to bottom skiing/snowboarding on their own. ~
Important: ~To place the registrants in the proper (starting) level of instruction, please use the ability level descriptions on the last 2 pages of the registration form. Please indicate the level of ability on your registration form.
Transportation: Parents/ guardians will need to provide transportation for each participant to/ from Lost Valley Ski Area in Auburn. If you need directions you may call the Poland Recreation Department or Lost Valley. There will be no bus provided for this program.
Cancellations: All cancellations are made by Lost Valley. If in doubt, please call Lost Valley
@ 784-1561. Poland Recreation Department assumes no responsibility for cancelled classes, you must call Lost Valley regarding rescheduling of classes.
