1.) How do I register for a program?
Response: There are four ways to register for a Poland Recreation Program:
 Online registration: create an account and register online Download a registration form and mail with payment to our office Call our office during office hours to register over the phone.  Or just come into the office to register in person
2.) How do I volunteer to coach/ instruct a program?
Response: Fill out the volunteer application online and send it to us. We will be in contact within 24-48 hours to let you know the status of your application. You may also call our office during office hours to obtain an application by mail. We do prefer online applications.
3.) What are the advantages to online registration?
Response:
Online registration is convenient for those who are unable to make it into our office during office hours. You will be able to register for any of our programs at any given time (from work, home or on the road by laptop/ cell phone) all you need is internet access.
 Your information will be retained and accessible to you at any time.  You will be able to view a history of past participation and payment for any programs/ events you have registered for. You will have the option to pay with credit card  Recreation staff will have a permanent updated file for you and your family.  When your information changes (ie: phone #, address, medical info) you may update it as it happens so the recreation office has the accurate information at all times.
4.) How do I access general information on each program?
Response: Go to the Programs list and click on the program you are interested.
5.) Is my information confidential?
Response: The information you provide in your online registration account will be used specifically to register for a program. Only necessary information will be available for recreation staff and coaches (ie: contact info., medical concerns etc)
