REGISTRATION POLICY
~ The Poland Recreation Department will accept registrations on a first come-first serve basis.
~ Each program has a specific registration policy that participants must adhere to.
~ Priority will be given to Poland residents for programs with limited space.
~ If a participant registers for a program after a designated registration deadline, a $10.00 fee will apply to each registrant. Depending on the roster availability the program director will determine if and how to place that participant.
~ If a registration fee has not been paid in full by the designated deadline, we reserve the right to offer that spot to the wait list.
CANCELLATION POLICY
~ If any program is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, participants can call the office at 998-4650
TRANSPORTATION POLICY
~ Parents/guardians are responsible for making arrangements to drop-off and pick-up their own children in a timely manner.
~ Staff/ volunteers are discouraged by the Poland Recreation Department from transporting program participants. If it is unavoidable staff/ volunteers should receive written permission from the participants parent/ guardian.
REFUND POLICY
~ If we cancel/change a program, we will refund 100% of registration fee.
~ If you withdraw at least 24 hours prior to the start of a workshop, clinic, or sports program, you will be charged a $5.00 processing fee and be refunded the remaining balance.
~ If you withdraw within 24 hours prior to the start of or after attending the first session/practice of a seasonal program, you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
~ Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of refunds.
-Summer Camp deposits are completely non-refundable.
