Still gathering info on how to handle the contaminated wood chips.
Reviewed the ASO project with GRM Enterprises. ASO is moving out while work proceeds. Things are proceeding well.
Followed up with ASO about getting a new contract.
Worked with PB and Bob Faunce to finalize the design standards language for town meeting adoption.
Several conversations / interactions with Wright Pierce / surveyors.
Held a detailed budget preparation meeting w/ senior staff and began putting together the first draft of the budget.
Still waiting on the school’s attorney to clarify the Interlocal PILOT payment with the RSU and the land / building rights Poland has with regard to that building if the RSU left.
Had to revamp the $75k grant application and photograph portions of Johnson Hill Road where we plan on removing rocks & trees to make proper ditches and where we plan on putting cross culverts to divert water. FEMA is very particular. St. Laurent and Sons have been very helpful in designing the project with us.
Inspectors are coming by anytime now to see our energy / lighting grant improvements and approve about our reimbursement.
Working with Mark to monitor the first draft on short and long term space and code issues at the Fire-Rescue building. Should have a draft report and follow up meeting very shortly.
Will be conducting personnel evaluations all this week.
This week we began to sort and revamp all personnel files (see attached).
Working with O’Donnell and Susie to identify the tax exempt properties that do not have adequate application / documentation.
