Town Manager Report
April 20, 2010
Staff is busy getting ready for May 3 district budget meeting, May 11 referenda votes June 8 election / referendum. Making sure timelines work, ballots available, voter reg. List up to date, etc.
Doing lots of follow up from town meeting – supplemental budgets, finalizing deeds, etc. with land donors, etc.
Have been reviewing the plans for water mains on Maine Street
Have been working with John Cleveland on getting work done on the needed TIF amendment in South Village
Went to Planning Bd and got Jordan Shore Drive rehab approved.
Working w/ Engineer on the final design and bids for Jordan Shore Dr. Also corresponding with residents about a required signed agreement to pay for proper conduit under road if they desire one.
Been working on a policy regarding foreclosed properties and repurchase agreements, as well as a draft policy for Mobile Vendors to be licensed.
Obtained information of putting the Town Hall on the National Historic Register.
