Town Manager Report
January 19, 2010
Working on the FYE 2011 budget most of the time.
Had meetings with ASO and McFalls Police on lowering costs.
Finished Staff evaluations.
Worked with Staff on the Review of the Fee Schedule.
Met with RSU staff on bus mechanic issues and on next year’s plowing.
Drafted Gun Club RFP.
Drafted Water Main Engineering RFP.
Worked with John Cleveland on finalizing the CDBG grant application & holding a CDBG Meeting on 1/14/10.
Met with a new Economic Development Agency based out of Community Concepts – old Growth Council of Oxford Hills.
Met with Auditor to review FYE 2009 audit findings.
Met with MDOT Engineer on issues regarding South Village parcel.
Attended and assisted both the CEDC (1/6) and the Conservation Commission (1/13).
Met with a contractor for some pricing relating to heat loss issues at Town Office / had more furnace problems.
General Assistance has been busy.
I got the detailed accounting backup for Minot regarding RSU start up costs owed to Poland
Worked with Library and attorney on Bank of America issue.
