Working on finalizing the FYE 2011 budget most of the time. We have been able to create a budget that calls for new taxes, and it balances the cuts across all departments, does not overly rely upon new fees, but it does contains numerous important service delivery cuts. It is also a budget that leaves no room for unforeseen problems.
Sent out the RFP for Engineering Services for the Downtown Water Pipes, and working on getting grant applications submitted and working on coordinating numerous economic development tasks that need doing.
Sent out Gun Club RFP.
I have been doing additional work on the warrant articles.
Been assisting Library with finding a new trust management entity
Held a good meeting with Poland Spring Bottling on financing a conservation easement on Bragdon Hill.
