Discussion Items:

1) Approval of EDC recommendations for reduced scope of Downtown Village TIF zone for state final approval.
2) Approval of EDC "TIF Zone Intention" paper needed by state.
3) Possible Economic Development Summit: RE: Zoning Code (restrictions), Approval Processes (clear?), Airpark area as an economic development area, Extension of TIF on 122, Water Lines, Use of EDC funds going forward, etc. This would require lots of input from the Board of Selectmen, Comprehensive Planning Committee, Planning Board, Conservation Commission, Economic Development Committee, the CEO, etc.
