Poland Historical Society
Tea & Open House
The members of the Poland Historical Society will host an Afternoon Tea and Open House on August 16, 2008 from 1 P.M.- 3 P.M., at the Society's Headquarters, The Old One-Room School House, on Route 26 in Poland. The Society is celebrating its exhibt of Poland's Citizens of Note which was made possible by a Grant from the Deavis Family Foundation. Maynard Davis, the founder of Shaw's Supermarkets, was a native of Poland and is Featured in the exhibit along with other notable citizens of the Town. You are invited to attend and join us in the celebration.
